The position of Service Advisor is available at the UK's leading family-owned car retailer, focusing on customer interaction and vehicle management.
The basic salary for this role is £26,000, with an uncapped OTE ranging from £40,000 to £50,000.
Candidates are preferred to have previous experience as a Service Advisor and must demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Working hours are Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with occasional Saturday shifts required.

Become A Service Advisor at the UK's Leading Family-Owned Car Retailer!As a Service Advisor, you will be the welcoming and professional initial contact for customers visiting the dealership. Your responsibilities will involve:

Greeting and assisting customers as they arrive, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.
Scheduling vehicle appointments in the workshop diary and coordinating with the team to track the progress of vehicles.
Ensuring that vehicles are ready for customers at their scheduled pick-up time.
Making reminder calls to customers for post-visit follow-ups and regular maintenance.

Benefits:

Basic Salary: £26,000
OTE £40,000 - £50,000 (OTE uncapped)
Working Hours: 8:00 AM - 6.00 PM, Monday to Friday;
Saturday 9.00am - 1:00pm ( 1 in 3 or 4 )

Experience:

A genuine interest in and passion for the automotive sector.
Preferred experience as a Service Advisor.
