Job Summary:Our client is actively seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our expanding automotive family. If you share our passion for customer service and cars, we’d love to welcome you to the team. Duties:

  • Greet customers and assess their service needs
  • Provide accurate cost estimates for repairs and services
  • Schedule service appointments and manage the workshop diary
  • Liaise with workshop to ensure timely completion of work
  • Explain technical information in a clear and understandable manner to customers
  • Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records
  • Upsell additional services or products to customers as appropriate

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role. Motor Industry experience is preferable but not essential.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
  • Proficient in invoicing procedures and basic accounting principles
  • Proven track record of upselling products or services to enhance customer experience
  • Full UK Driving licence required
