Job Summary:Our client is actively seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our expanding automotive family. Duties:
- Greet customers and assess their service needs
- Provide accurate cost estimates for repairs and services
- Schedule service appointments and manage the workshop diary
- Liaise with workshop to ensure timely completion of work
- Explain technical information in a clear and understandable manner to customers
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records
- Upsell additional services or products to customers as appropriate
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role. Motor Industry experience is preferable but not essential.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Proficient in invoicing procedures and basic accounting principles
- Proven track record of upselling products or services to enhance customer experience
- Full UK Driving licence required
