We are pleased to announce an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team at our main dealership in Epsom. We are currently looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Service Advisor to enhance our service department.
Position: Service Advisor
Location: Epsom
Hours: 42.5 hours per week
Salary: 25,000 to 31,000 + Bonuses + Overtime
Schedule: Weekend Rota
Responsibilities:
- Greeting customers and assisting with their service needs
- Scheduling service appointments and managing the service calendar
- Providing accurate estimates for service and repair costs
- Liaising between the customers and the service technicians
- Ensuring all customer queries and concerns are addressed promptly
- Processing service orders and maintaining detailed records
- Upselling additional services and products where appropriate
- Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction at all times
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a service advisor role within the automotive sector
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Good organisational and time-management abilities
- Proficient in using automotive service management software
- A valid driving license
