Job Title: Electrical Building Maintenance Engineer
Location: Surrey KT11
Position Type: Full-time, Mon - Fri
Salary: 40,000 - 44,000
Are you an experienced Electrical Building Maintenance Engineer looking for your next challenge? We are currently seeking fully qualified Engineers to join our team for a prestigious commercial building in Central London.
Responsibilities:
- Perform planned and reactive maintenance on electrical systems within the building.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and address them promptly.
- Respond to emergency call-outs and troubleshoot electrical faults efficiently.
- Collaborate with other maintenance team members to ensure smooth operation of the building's electrical systems.
- Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and report any findings to the management team.
Requirements:
- Fully qualified Electrical Engineer with relevant certifications.
- Proven experience in building maintenance, preferably within a commercial setting.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including wiring, circuits, and components.
- Ability to work on a shift basis, including days and nights, to ensure 24/7 coverage.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
