If so, this is your chance to step into an exciting position where your skills will directly impact an international business!

We're looking for a bright and ambitious individual to join a global company's People & Culture (HR) team in Epsom. This isn't your typical role - you'll be working with senior stakeholders across 22 countries, diving deep into data, and helping shape key business decisions.

? Work with international teams, including senior directors and HR leaders across Europe and Africa

? Be the go-to person for data reporting, analytics, and dashboards

What you'll be doing:

  • Creating dashboards and reports that tell a story with data
  • Analysing HR data to identify trends and business insights
  • Supporting executive appraisals and corporate sustainability reporting
  • Communicating with senior leaders and stakeholders across different cultures
  • Automating and improving reporting processes

What we're looking for:

? A graduate with around 2 years' experience in a data or HR data role

? Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs-easy stuff for you!)

? Power BI experience is a big plus

? A confident communicator-someone who can work with senior stakeholders and challenge when needed

? An interest in HR and how data drives decision-making

This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your career in a fast-paced, global environment where your analytical skills will make a real impact.
