Kenneth Brian Associates are working on a superb opportunity for a prestigious Epsom based employer, who are looking for a Data Analyst to join their team.

This is a key role, and will focus on data reporting and analysis, providing business insights to proactively identify risks and areas for improvement.

Sitting within the HR function, responsibilities of this role will include:

  • Manage, standardise, and enhance people reporting, dashboards, and analytics capabilities
  • Assess, analyse, and interpret HR data to spot trends and understand business impacts
  • Communicate people data via analytics, dashboards, and business intelligence (BI) platforms
  • Use data analysis of metrics to drive business decisions
  • Make recommendations to the team
  • Perform analyses to uncover root causes behind variances of key parameters over time
  • Write up recommendations
  • Manage data collection processes and ensure smooth integration between data reported and actual reports
  • Provide ad-hoc reports and data analysis as requested by HR leadership
  • Work closely with the markets to ensure timely reporting along with the accuracy and integrity of all HR data by conducting regular data audits and validation checks
  • Identify opportunities for automating manual processes, improving reporting efficiency, and enhancing the data collection system to improve HR operations
  • Data coordination for employee surveys
  • Budget planning administration

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • Educated to degree level (or equivalent) with experience in an analytical role
  • Experience of working with data
  • Strong analytical skills
  • High level of interpersonal skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
  • Strong time management and organisational skills
