JOB INFORMATION - Site Based Engineer / Electrician
- The position is a site based role where the successful candidate will be undertaking maintenance works such as electrical PPM's including lighting, emergency lighting testing/remedials and any other electrical maintenance and remedials on site. There may be a small element of HVAC maintenance alongside an a/c engineer for annual servicing
- This exciting opportunity has come available due to the win of this new prestigious contract in Fulham, several luxury apartment blocks with gyms etc on one site

CANDIDATE INFORMATION - Site Based Engineer / Electrician
- The ideal candidate will have experience of working on mechanical/electrical services and maintenance/facilities contracts previously with a good knowledge of electrical systems
- Experience and knowledge of PPM's and site compliance
- Our client is looking for someone who seeks a long term opportunity, additional training would be offered to the right person.
- Demonstrable experience of working in a similar role previously and on contracts of a similar nature. This site is high end residential so requires someone with a professional approach, smart & well presented with excellent time keeping.
- We are looking for someone who is honest and reliable with the ability to build good relationships with the customers on site.
