We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic HR Administrator eager to forge a successful career in HR. This role is perfect for someone with a drive for excellence and a passion for people management. While CIPD Level 3 is a plus, it’s not a deal-breaker.
Day-to-day of the role:- Support HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with data protection.
- Assist with training and development initiatives.
- Respond to HR inquiries and contribute to HR projects.
- Driven with a keen interest in HR.
- Organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office; HR software experience is a bonus.
- CIPD Level 3 is desirable but not essential.
