We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic HR Administrator eager to forge a successful career in HR. This role is perfect for someone with a drive for excellence and a passion for people management. While CIPD Level 3 is a plus, it’s not a deal-breaker.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Support HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
  • Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with data protection.
  • Assist with training and development initiatives.
  • Respond to HR inquiries and contribute to HR projects.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Driven with a keen interest in HR.
  • Organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office; HR software experience is a bonus.
  • CIPD Level 3 is desirable but not essential.
