Reed HR are seeking an HR Administrator to support our clients Human Resources department on a 9-12 month fixed term contract.

This role involves acting as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and external partners, maintaining personnel records, managing HR documents, and updating internal databases.

Hours: 37.5 a week

Hybrid role: 2 days WFH, 3 days in Epsom office

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Organise and maintain personnel records.
  • Update internal databases, recording absences like sick or maternity leave.
  • Prepare HR documents, such as employment contracts and new hire guides.
  • Revise company policies to ensure legal compliance.
  • Liaise with external partners.
  • Create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics, such as turnover rates.
  • Answer employee queries about HR-related issues.
  • Assist the payroll department by providing relevant employee information, such as leaves of absence, sick days, and work schedules.
  • Arrange travel accommodations and process expense forms.
  • Participate in HR projects, like e.g. organising job fairs.
Skills & Qualifications:
  • Computer literacy, especially with MS Office applications.
  • Previous HR experience.
  • Excellent organisational skills, with an ability to prioritise important projects.
  • Strong communication skills, both over the phone, via email, and in person.
