Seeking individuals with proven experience in sales, particularly in up-selling and cross-selling strategies!

Overview:We are looking for a passionate and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our client's team in Epsom. In this role, you'll be essential to delivering exceptional customer service, guiding clients through their home decor choices, and boosting sales through effective upselling and cross-selling. If you have a flair for interiors and a keen eye for detail, you'll thrive in helping customers bring their vision for beautiful living spaces to life.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service, answering queries and offering product advice.
  • Upsell and cross-sell products to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Keep the store well-presented and stocked.
  • Stay updated on product trends and collaborate with team members.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a retail sales role ideally within the home furnishings or interior design sector.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
  • An initiative-taking approach to sales, with experience in upselling or cross-selling products.
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required.
