Salary - £18,000 - £22,000 + Commission (OTE £28,000 - £32,000)
Full licence and car required
5-day week - Monday - Thursday 9:30am - 6pm, Friday + Saturday 9:30am - 5pm, 3 out of 4 Saturdays required day off in Lieu hen a Saturday worked.
A highly successful, forward thinking Independent Estate Agents are looking to recruit a Trainee/Sales Negotiator to join their team and work within their branch in Worcester Park Surrey.The successful candidate will have the ability to build an excellent rapport with clients delivering a first class experience every time. You will be highly motivated, and target driven. All levels considered for this role.

Key responsibilities:
- Provide a friendly and professional service.
- Arrange, organise, and conduct viewings.
- Achieve all daily and weekly targets.
- Register new applicants, manage, update, and maintain regular contact with existing applicants.
- Advise, update and maintain excellent relationship with landlords on all lettings requirements.
Proven Specification:
- Must have a full UK driving licence and own car.
- Must live locally or within a reasonable commute of the office.
- Well presented with excellent customer service skills
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
