An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and passionate Billings Manager, who can lead from the front to re-establish the branch to the next level. Coupled with proven Recruitment sales ability, the ideal candidate will have hands-on managerial skills to maintain and develop a team of Recruitment Consultants and support staff.
The proactive manager will be heavily involved in maintaining current business levels and the development of new clients. The branch is well established and this is an excellent opportunity for you to forge a career with the support of a trusted and recognised name in the industry behind you.
You will inherit an established dual desk (temporary and permanent) with solid earning potential and opportunities to earn from the off!
As a Billings Branch Manager you will :
路 Develop and run the Branch to drive the profit within the branch to achieve sustainable growth
路 Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients
路 Develop your own business whilst leading a small team of consultants/resourcing/admin
路 Develop and motivate your team to achieve their full potential to increase branch revenue
路 Provide a professional recruitment service to clients and candidates
路 Actively engage with candidates, sourced via job boards, Linked In , outreach marketing and headhunt methods
路 Win and develop new business by means of sales calls and client visits
路 Work closely with the Directors to achieve business objectives
路 Ensure that there is alignment with the company systems/processes used within the branch

Ideally you will come from a commercial recruitment background, either from a Manager level role or Senior/Principal with team leading experience.
Candidates must be based within a commutable distance of Epsom, Surrey
