  • Provide secretarial support to the litigation team, as well as lawyers in other firm teams.
  • Handle client communication, typing, file management, diary management, telephone coverage, invoicing, and general office duties.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Minimum 2 years of legal secretarial experience within a litigation or family law context.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, and Excel).
  • Familiarity with case management systems and digital dictation.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with excellent telephone etiquette.
  • Professional appearance, exceptional client care skills, and the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
