Are you looking for a role where you can make a real impact? Our client is seeking a motivated and organised Fleet Administrator to join their dynamic Fleet Business Unit. This is an exciting opportunity to build and maintain relationships across the brands, as well as engaging with Dealers, the Fleet Field Sales Team, and Fleet Customers through exceptional service.

As a Fleet Administrator, your day-to-day activities will include:

  • Providing top-notch customer service to credit line customers, addressing queries related to end-of-contract settlements and account statements.
  • Preparing and managing documentation for credit lines, ensuring meticulous presentation for underwriting and review.
  • Spearheading pay-out processes across various brands.
  • Collaborating with Dealers and brokers to resolve queries and support the Fleet Sales team's operations.
  • Sending out monthly and ad hoc reports in alignment with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Processing invoices and ensuring accuracy within the point-of-sale system.
  • Assisting in commission payments and vehicle reconciliations.

This is not just a routine role! With hands-on experience, you'll have the chance to:

Our ideal candidate will demonstrate:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly at an intermediate level with Word and Excel.
  • Prior experience in administration within an operational setting.
  • Strong numeracy and literacy skills, with a desirable background in motor finance.
  • A logical approach, capable of presenting clear ideas.
  • Effective time management and organisational skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities, with confidence in presenting.
  • A proactive, detail-oriented mindset, coupled with a collaborative team spirit.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and challenges.
