About the Role:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior/Principal Electrical Engineer to join a leading Building Design Practice in Epsom. As part of a national and international team, you will be responsible for delivering high-impact electrical building services solutions, covering power, lighting, life safety, security, and energy-efficient designs. Key Responsibilities:
- Design and specify Electrical Building Services systems, including power, lighting, telecoms, life safety, and security.
- Work collaboratively with clients, contractors, and global design teams.
- Support energy efficiency and decarbonisation initiatives in new and existing buildings.
- Carry out detailed calculations and prepare technical specifications.
- Oversee project delivery, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership.
What We're Looking For:
? Degree qualified in Electrical Engineering/Building Services.
? Chartered Engineer (CIBSE or IET).
? Proficient in industry software such as Amtech, Dialux/Relux, NBS, Revit.
? Strong experience in design consultancy or contractor design environments.
? Knowledge of energy reduction methods, sustainability, and building physics.
? Excellent communication and project management skills.
