Job Overview:Join our Children's Occupational Therapy Service as a Specialist Paediatric Occupational Therapist. You'll provide specialist assessments, advice, and treatments for children facing functional challenges in self-care, productivity, and leisure. Working autonomously, you'll contribute to service development and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, schools, and families.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver specialist Occupational Therapy assessments and interventions.
  • Work with multidisciplinary teams, school staff, and families to create tailored care plans.
  • Provide therapy in line with Sutton Health & Care Community Services agreements.
  • Drive the development of the Children's Occupational Therapy service.
  • Be accountable for clinical decisions and actions within your role.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Occupational Therapy with HCPC registration.
  • Paediatric experience, particularly with functional challenges.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Dedication to service improvement and professional growth.
