An established and highly regarded Legal firm in Epsom is seeking a Post-Completion Administrator to support the team with essential post-completion tasks. This role is ideal for an organised and detail-oriented professional with experience in post-completion work within a conveyancing environment.

Key Responsibilities:- Submitting Stamp Duty Land Tax (SDLT) returns and ensuring timely payments- Registering completed transactions with the Land Registry- Managing title deeds and documents, ensuring they are accurately recorded and stored- Handling client and lender queries related to post-completion matters- Liaising with mortgage lenders, clients, and solicitors to resolve outstanding post-completion issues- Maintaining and updating case management systems with key post-completion deadlines- Ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory and legal requirements- Assisting the wider conveyancing team with administrative support as needed

Requirements:- Previous experience in a post-completion or conveyancing support role- Strong knowledge of Land Registry and SDLT submission processes- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills- Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines- Strong communication and teamwork skills- Proficiency in case management systems and Microsoft Office
