Job Overview

The Trust is seeking a Band 5 Respiratory Physiotherapist to join the Sutton Community team. This role involves providing expert respiratory care, including pulmonary rehabilitation, to patients within a community setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality physiotherapy interventions in community settings.

  • Conduct patient education sessions for pulmonary rehabilitation programs.

  • Manage an independent caseload and ensure timely patient care.

  • Participate in audits and research to enhance service delivery.

  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to support patient outcomes.

  • Travel frequently within the borough and work flexibly, including weekends.

Key Requirements
  • Diploma/Degree in Physiotherapy.

  • HCPC registration and CSP membership.

  • NHS experience, with expertise in respiratory and pulmonary rehabilitation.

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.

  • A valid driving license and access to a car for work.
