Project Manager - Fit Out
A well established carpentry, joinery and fit-out company established in 1985 providing quality services on multi million pound commercial projects and and high end domestic premises around London and the South East seek a Project Manager with Joinery and Fit OutExperience preferably from working for a Tier 1 Sub-contractor. Location wise ideally Reading/Oxfordshire areas but you should be prepared to manage and visit projects based in London from time to time.
Project Manager Key Requirements
- Commerial Awareness
- Management and co-ordination of teams of Carpenters and Joiners
- Relevant Trade & Management Qualifications
- Worked in a similar role
- Provide leadership to the team
- Delivering projects within timescale and budget
- Maintaining the highest standards of quality finish
- Excellent client facing skills
Project Manager Remuneration
Pay: 75,000 to 80,000.00 per annum plus car allowance
