Are you an ambitious Junior Quantity Surveyor looking for a diverse, encompassing role where you're exposed to all aspects of Quantity Surveying? Are you looking for training support and encouraged upskilling within a busy and successful company?

This is an excellent opportunity for a Junior Quantity Surveyor to join an expanding company in a role working on the build and refurbishment of high end children's educational facilities, with the opportunity to learn on the job from senior surveyors and expand your knowledge and experience on interesting bespoke builds alongside a great salary and package.

This successful company are a main contractor specialising in commercial and residential builds across London. They predominantly specialise in the development of high quality children's educational facilities for a key client with whom they have 10 further projects to deliver in the next 18 months. In light of this they are growing and expanding as a business and increasing turnover year on year. Now they are looking for a Junior Quantity Surveyor with either a degree or some experience within the industry who is ambitious and keen to learn to join their growing team.

In this role you will be based from the office in Epsom with occasional site visits around London and the Home Counties. You will work alongside the Lead Quantity Surveyor assisting in pre and post contract matters. This will include cost planning and budgeting, analysing design information and specifications, pre tender estimates, tendering and package procurement, monthly valuations, cost reports and management of purchase orders and subcontractors. This will predominantly be for new build educational/commercial facilities but will include smaller refurbishment projects alongside.
