QS required for contractor on 2-3m Fit Out/Refurb projects in Surrey / SW London

One of my clients is looking for an Assistant to Intermediate level QS to work across two projects in Surrey / South West London within the M25, one of which is a c.3m office fit out and the other a 2m school refurb.

The client is looking for a Quantity Surveyor with perhaps 2-5 years main contracting background, ideally on projects under 5-10m, preferably within the fit out / refurb sector.

The role is site-based across the two projects, working alongside the Commercial Manager and project team, and will involve standard Surveying duties from procurement, variations, valuations, payments, cost reporting, final accounts etc.

The client is open to freelance, temp-to-perm or perm.
