Parts Advisor

The purpose of this role is to drive the standard in customer care and to achieve sales figures by delivering a high level of consultative solution selling to internal and external customers. To maintain comprehensive, detailed and timely records.

Reporting to the Parts Manager, you will be undertaking the receiving and processing of telephone & Internet orders, ensuring customer accounts are managed effectively & providing a smooth integration with other internal departments.

- Based 1/2 mile from Epsom train station

- Do you have experience as a parts advisor

- Are you able to demonstrate excellent communication skills

- Must have customer facing / selling experience

- Must have excellent Microsoft skills

Salary:

28-30K basic
