Contract Operations Manager - Sunbury-on-Thames | £45,000-£50,000 + Car

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Reporting daily spend and service performance to the General Manager, using contract performance reports to guide decisions.
  • Managing operations to meet customer expectations and exceed KPIs, specifically within a courier or same-day delivery environment.
  • Manage and oversee the successful delivery of a large logistics contract.
  • Lead and support site managers, driving high standards across operations and customer service.
  • Develop strong customer relationships, acting as the main point of contact for contract-related matters.
  • Analyse contract performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and cost efficiencies.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with all company standards, health & safety regulations, and legal requirements.
  • Work closely with senior leadership to ensure the contract aligns with the company's strategic and commercial objectives.
