Location: Epsom, KT18

Position: Permanent – Full Time

Our client, a successful local independent estate & letting agent, is looking for an experienced residential Property Manager for their busy Epsom office.

You must be enthusiastic and responsible with a comprehensive background in residential property management and you must be able to demonstrate a track record of your achievements within the industry.

Previous experience is essential; you will have an exceptional knowledge of the lettings industry, current lettings legislation and preferably an ARLA qualification.

The role encompasses all aspects of the property management from the tenancy to the checkout and will also involve inspections, so a car is required.
