Property Manager (P/T)

Salary: £16,848 + bonus and company benefits

Location: Epsom, Surrey (Office Based)

Hours: 24 hrs a week (Flexible, 5 mornings Mon- Fri - or 3 full office days including alternative Saturdays)

Do you have a property management background and want to work for a well-established and friendly organisation that is happy to support ARLA training and qualification, based in their offices based in Epsom, Surrey.

You will have a full UK driving license, be highly organised with outstanding customer service and problem-solving skills with a genuine passion for the property industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Liasing with tenants and landlords over the phone, email and by correspondence.
  • Resolving and managing tenant enquiries and maintenance issues.
  • Arranging with contractors to attend repairs, maintenance and refurbishments.
  • Updating the CRM system accurately.
  • Booking in a and managing property inspections and safety inspections.
  • Attending property inspections.
  • Booking in and chasing gas safety certificates, EICR’s, PAT and other important safety certificates to ensure compliance is adhered to.
  • Invoice management.
  • Rent reviews.
  • Preparing legal notifications, section 21’s and 8’s.

The right candidate will have the following skills and experience to apply:

  • Great communication and organisation skills.
  • Proven property management background.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Knowledge of lettings and property management legislation.
  • Ability to prioritise your own workload effectively and meet strict deadlines.
  • Great IT skills inclusive of Word, Excel and ideally using property management CRM Systems.
