Vacancy: RESIDENTIAL SALES NEGOTIATOR – Residential Estate Agency
Location: Epsom, KT18
Salary: OTE £30k
Position: Permanent – Full Time
A highly successful local independent Estate Agency, based in Epsom, are looking for an enthusiastic, experienced individual who is looking to become a Sales Negotiator.
The ideal candidate will have a background in sales, have excellent customer service skills, may previously have had telephone sales experience and thrive in a targeted environment; you will be ambitious, self-motivated and work well in a team.
Previous experience in residential sales, lettings or an industry with recognisable transferable skills would be a distinct advantage.

- Experience as sales negotiator
- Excellent sales ability
- High level of customer service skills
- Good telephone manner and positive attitude
- Well presented, ambitious and self-motivated
- Knowledge of the Epsom area helpful
- Full Driving License essential and own car
- Thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
