Job Description :

Are you detail-oriented and adept at capturing key information? We are looking for a skilled notetaker to attend meetings, classes, or seminars and produce accurate and concise notes. Your notes will be crucial for our team's success in staying informed and organized.

Key responsibilities :

    • Attend designated meetings, classes, or events and take comprehensive notes.
    • Ensure notes are clear, accurate, and formatted according to guidelines provided.
    • Submit notes promptly after each session.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information as required.

You will work closely with Randstad regarding the needs of individual students, and to ensure that any concerns are addressed in a timely manner. You will be expected to act professionally and maintain confidentiality within your role at all times, sharing all relevant information with Randstad to ensure the best possible service to your students.

Required skills :

  • Excellent listening and note-taking skills.
  • Strong command of written language with attention to detail.
  • Ability to summarize and condense information effectively.
  • Punctuality and reliability in meeting deadlines.
  • Previous experience as a notetaker is a plus.

Successful applicants will be invited to take part in a telephone assessment and also interviewed to discuss suitability for the role.
