Working Hours:
*5 out of 7 days per week, Tuesday to Saturday
*42 hours per week
*Daytime hours - 9 am- 5.30 pm
What You'll Be Doing:
*Oversee the day-to-day running of multiple catering outlets, ensuring a high standard of service and efficiency.
*Lead and develop the catering team, providing clear direction, training, and support.
*Manage stock control, ordering, and supplier relationships to maintain cost-effective operations.
*Ensure compliance with all food safety, hygiene, and health & safety regulations.
*Drive sales and maximise revenue opportunities, including group bookings and seasonal events.
*Support HR functions such as recruitment, absentee management, performance management, exit interviews, team development etc.
*Maintain excellent customer service standards across the various outlets and handle any queries or complaints professionally.
Requirements:
*Previous experience in a senior food & beverage role, ideally within a high-volume catering/ hospitality environment.
*Strong leadership and communication skills with a hands-on approach to management.
*Strong people management skills is essential.
*Good understanding of food safety, health & safety, and compliance regulations.
*Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
*A passion for great food, service, and team development.
*Some kitchen experience would be a distinct advantage
