We are looking for an individual to join our client, where you will work as part of the existing Quality Assurance team.

You will need to have previous Quality Assurance experience or alternatively experience working in Risk & Controls, with a desire to move into a QA role. You will be supporting specific business areas, monitoring day to day operations ensuring company protocols are being followed and feedback to individuals and management your findings. Ideally you will also have worked in either Finance, Insurance, or Banking (regulated environment).

You must be a confident, approachable and friendly individual, keen to use your initiative whilst continuing to learn.

Duties:

  • Assessing the performance of a team of agents in an operational area
  • Conducting monitoring activities as outlined in the company's QA framework
  • Gathering and analysing data from monitoring activities to support information flow, challenge processes, and perform Root Cause Analysis
  • Providing feedback to agents and management as needed
  • Identifying trends and reporting insights to the QA Manager

The Individual:

  • Previous Quality Assurance Experience is essential as you will need to be able to hit the ground running
  • Knowledge in the Financial Services or Consumer Credit sector
  • Good communicator
  • Data analysis and MI production
  • Management skills
  • Ability to multitask
