What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Acting as a trusted advisor to managers, providing expert HR guidance
  • Partnering with key stakeholders to align HR initiatives with business objectives.

  • Driving talent management, succession planning, and leadership development.
  • Ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies.
  • Using HR analytics and insights to drive data-led decision-making.
  • Managing employee relations and nurturing a positive work environment.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: 5+ years in an HRBP or similar HR role within a fast-paced environment.
  • Education: CIPD certification or working towards.
  • Skills: Strong business acumen, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Mindset: Proactive, people-first, and passionate about making an impact.
