This role will be based at the iconic Erskine Bridge, where significant repair and maintenance work is being undertaken.

Your new roleAs an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in supporting the commercial team with various quantity surveying tasks. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting in the preparation of cost estimates and budgets.
  • Conducting site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with project specifications.
  • Assisting in the preparation and evaluation of tenders and contracts.
  • Supporting the management of subcontractor accounts and payments.
  • Preparing and submitting regular financial reports.
  • Collaborating with project managers and engineers to ensure accurate cost control and project delivery.

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
