  • Prepare and analyse financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to support strategic decision-making.
  • Monitor and control company expenditure, identifying cost-saving opportunities.
  • Provide insightful financial analysis to senior management, highlighting trends and performance drivers.
  • Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accurate financial reporting.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to assess business performance and profitability.
  • Support cash flow management, ensuring effective financial planning.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and company policies.
  • Collaborate with different departments to improve financial processes and efficiency.
  • Assist with internal audits and liaise with external auditors as required.
  • Continuously seek improvements in financial reporting, controls, and overall business performance.

Profile

The successful candidate will be a detail-oriented and analytical finance professional with proven experience in management accounting. They will have strong budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis skills, along with the ability to provide strategic insights to senior stakeholders. A proactive problem-solver with excellent communication and commercial awareness, they will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be confident in improving financial processes. Ideally, they will be a fully qualified accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) with a strong understanding of financial regulations and reporting standards.
