Technical Assistant - Wealth ManagementEsher | 4 days in office£35,000 - £45,000 + benefits

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Junior Paraplanner or IFA Administrator to join a successful Financial Planning firm, based out of their state-of-the-art office in Surrey.Due to internal promotions, the business now has space for a new addition to their team to directly support the Managing Director of the practice with operational and technical responsibilities. The role is for someone who currently works in Financial Services with working knowledge of the industry and has obtained some Financial Planning qualifications (CII or CISI).Working within a knowledgeable, and close-knit team makes this a fantastic opportunity for somebody to develop their skill set. You will be working with high-profile and high-net-worth clients, helping the business offer bespoke financial advice.Progression is available should you have ambitions to be a Financial Adviser once embedded into the role.Study and exam support towards CII qualifications is strongly supported.Role Responsibilities:

This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with the Managing Partner, assisting in client servicing, financial analysis, and business development.Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting client servicing, including preparing recommendations and maintaining client data
  • Attending client meetings and preparing agendas, as required
  • Conducting plan analysis, using FE Analytics and Voyant
  • Handling post-review follow-ups and new business opportunities
  • Drafting client communications and assisting with prospect management & onboarding
  • Supporting the Admin and Paraplanning teams when required

What they're looking for:

  • Financial Services/Wealth Management experience at an IFA Administrator or Junior Paraplanner level
  • Level 4 Diploma qualified or at least halfway through R0 exams
  • Strong technical and product knowledge
