Maintenance Manager duties:
- Manage an internal repairs team and external contractors to ensure works are completed to standard and timescales
- Responsibility of procuring new contracts
- Put in place a programme of inspections and surveys across the stock portfolio
- Manage void processes, ensuring asset management responsibilities are met and delivered to a high standard
What is required for the role:
- Experience delivering a repairs and voids service in a social housing setting
- Experience managing a DLO and external contractors
- Knowledge and some experience procuring contracts and implementng contracts
- Trade relevant qualification
