Role Summary:

The Learning Programme Executive (LPE) will act as the primary point of contact between clients and the People Untapped team, including our global network of associates (trainers, facilitators, and coaches). The LPE is responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our learning programmes, providing administrative support, managing client accounts, and coordinating logistics.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for key clients, working closely with Directors, Account Managers, and global freelance facilitators, trainers, and coaches.
  • Schedule and manage learning programmes through the entire learning cycle, ensuring coordination across global time zones.
  • Organise and coordinate all programme activities, ensuring logistics and resources are in place.
  • Maintain and update stakeholders, systems, spreadsheets, and calendars.
  • Enrol delegates in programmes, manage updates, and ensure effective communication.
  • Respond to queries related to the programmes, assessment systems, and platforms (e.g. Engageli, MS Teams, Zoom, MS Forms, Rise Up, Brilliant Assessments, Monday.com).
  • Create training materials using Word, PowerPoint, and editable PDFs.
  • Produce reports, including delegate progress updates and detailed client analyses.
  • Review and streamline current systems and processes for greater efficiency.
  • Provide general administrative support as required.
  • Anticipate and manage client issues proactively.
  • Keep team members and clients informed through various communication channels.
  • Collaborate flexibly with all members of the People Untapped team.
  • Attend client and internal meetings.
  • Provide technical support for programmes using various virtual platforms

The Person:

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks independently and with attention to detail.
  • IT literate, proficient in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel and PowerPoint), and able to learn and use specific platforms and apps.
  • Confidence in analysing data and working with technical systems.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to engage with clients and team members.
  • Experience in administrative work, ideally in HR, Training, or a similar environment.
  • Awareness of client confidentiality and diplomacy.
  • Strong collaboration and teamwork skills.
  • Flexible and proactive in solving problems and adapting to changing needs.
  • Cultural awareness and understanding of global business environments.
  • Flexibility in working hours to accommodate different time zones.
  • Willingness to travel to Esher, Surrey, approximately once a month.

Terms:

  • Fixed-term contract for 12 months, with the potential for a permanent position.
  • Preferably full time up to 37.5 hours a week. Open to flexible working.
  • Salary: £32,175 FTE (£16.50/hour), including pension contributions, life assurance, Medicash, and holiday pay.
  • 5.6 weeks of holiday (including public holidays).
  • 20 hours of paid development time annually.
  • Potential for a bi-annual performance-based bonus.
  • Flexible working hours with core hours between 09:00/9:30 and 17:30/18:00, including occasional evening/weekend work.
