Personal Assistant/Executive Assistant to CEO for Boutique Weath Management firm!

Part-time Role (hours & working days are open to discussion)

plus attractive benefits package

Are you an experienced Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant looking to make a meaningful impact with a well-established and highly regarded company? My client, a boutique wealth management firm with over 30 years of success in helping individuals, families, and businesses manage their financial futures, is seeking a dynamic and adaptable PA/EA to join their team on a flexible, part-time basis.

This growing firm, known for its exceptional service and reputation, offers holistic financial advice across pensions, investments, tax planning, inheritance planning, and more. With a diverse client base holding assets between £300k and £10m, their success is driven by word-of-mouth referrals and a strong community presence.

The CEO, who values quality support, is looking for someone to assist with a range of tasks that will help him manage his day efficiently. You’ll play an integral role in ensuring smooth operations by handling diary management, booking appointments, liaising with clients and stakeholders, and coordinating networking events. You’ll also get involved in website management and social media, alongside providing occasional support to other executives during busy periods.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is highly organised, approachable, and has excellent communication skills. While prior experience in financial services is beneficial, we’re looking for someone who’s comfortable navigating the industry’s terminology rather than needing technical financial expertise.

The position offers the flexibility to tailor your hours—whether it’s five shorter days, or three or four full days per week—allowing you to balance your professional life with personal commitments. The office is based in a central location with free parking, and the role comes with a competitive salary of £40k - £50k (pro-rata) and a generous benefits package (including life cover, death in service, and private medical insurance).

If you’re looking for a role that provides a fulfilling challenge in a supportive environment, we'd love to hear from you. Contact Laura at Financial Divisions for more details
