We are seeking an organised and professional Executive Assistant to provide high-quality support to our Executive team at IRIS Software Group. This role offers the opportunity to be involved in the strategic growth plans of our business and to support key management members in a dynamic environment.

Day-to-Day of the Role:
  • Provide comprehensive EA and organisational support to two key Executives, including extensive diary management, global travel arrangements, and expense management.
  • Support a wide range of meetings by preparing agendas, pre-meeting briefings, meeting papers, noting action points, and following them up.
  • Manage communications with external C-suite clients globally, setting up external and face-to-face meetings.
  • Create presentations of business data/information and maintain reports.
  • Act as a key liaison between senior executives, managers, and other key parties, setting up meetings as appropriate and maintaining good communications.
  • Process accurate expense claims while adhering to policy and provide high-quality professional office hospitality to visitors.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision and act as a gatekeeper, performing a gateway role within a team of other EAs.
  • Occasionally travel within the UK to support key meetings.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Significant experience as an Executive Assistant at C-level, with a proven track record of managing extensive diary and travel arrangements.
  • Ability to exercise judgment, flexibility, tact, and sensitivity in time management and managing potential diary conflicts, with due regard for business priorities.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and maintain a high level of accuracy.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, ensuring effective communication with a wide range of contacts both internally and externally.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Experience in creating informative presentations of data or information in a business context.
  • General business acumen is desirable.
