Overview; Running the logistics process and compliance through the coordination of the Warehouse team.

  • £40,000 - £45,000 depending on experience

  • Monday - Friday, 7.5 hours a day that must be worked between 8am - 6pm.

Job Description:

  • Lead and direct the Warehouse and the custom duties area
  • Direct the inbound and outbound logistic processes
  • Manage and monitor KPIs
  • Participate in audits when necessary
  • Perform training activities related to the department
  • Perform the rotational cycle counting and manage potential discrepancies
  • Manage the annual counting with the presence of an external consultant
  • Monitor budget consistency
  • Verify the compliance with workplace health and safety measures
  • Register export shipments onto HMRC website

Person Specification:

  • Previous experience within a similar role is essential
  • Preferably degree in Engineering or related disciplines
  • Knowledge of SAP
  • Excellent knowledge of material handling and management
  • Knowledge of workplace health and safety regulations
  • Knowledge of supply chain control systems
  • Knowledge of stock accounting
  • KPI creation and monitoring
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
