LETTINGS MANAGER– Property Management
Location: Esher, KT10
Salary: OTE £70k
Position: Permanent – Full Time
Are you an experienced Lettings Manager with a vast knowledge of the residential property industry and someone who is to join an independent, local lettings agent?
You must be enthusiastic and energetic; you will have an excellent track record in the industry of winning new business, be a superb lister and business builder and understand about customer service and the importance of retaining current clients. You will be proactive, articulate and well presented.
The ideal candidate must also have some previous experience at management level and understand about managing and motivating your team. You will also have a comprehensive understanding of the lettings regulations and legislation.
The Company: Our client is an Independent Sales and Lettings agency, with an excellent local reputation who specialise in residential property sales and lettings.
Skills required for thisLettings Manager (Residential Lettings) role will include:
- Experienced residential lettings agent
- Listing / Valuations experience
- Excellent sales ability
- High level of customer service skills
- Success in managing a team
- Good telephone manner and positive attitude
- Well presented, ambitious and self-motivated
- Knowledge of the Esher area helpful
- Full Driving License essential
- Thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
