Are you looking to utilise your skills in a new and challenging role? The key focus of this role is to support with the processing of invoices, liaising with suppliers and assisting with receipts for customer payments. You will be a key team player and work alongside to support the treasury accountant with Payments.
Working in this role you will deal with:
Preparing invoices, statements, and accounts payable/receivable documents
Posting daily receipts
Dealwith the processing of payments and transactions
Deal with invoice Payments
Support the treasury team and management
Work reconciliations of invoices and creation of orders
Distributing of daily invoice amongst the team
Weekly reports
To be considered you will:
Have a passion for working in the accounts field
Have previous exposure within an accounts setting
Be a team player
Have fantastic attention to detail
The ability to work to deadlines in a proactive manner
