Award winning contract caterer are looking to strengthen their kitchen brigade with an experienced Head Chef.  

The successful Head Chef will be responsible for; 

  • Managing the entire kitchen operations
  • Ensure all members of the brigade are performing assigned duties & creating high class hot & cold foods
  • Training junior members of the brigade mentoring on cooking practices
  • Managing stock levels
  • Support back office functions were needed
  • Completing admin functions where needed
  • Working the companies hours; Monday to Friday, 7am – 3pm + occasional weekend work for special functions

Required experience & characteristics of the Head Chef

  • Reliable & conscientious
  • Good command of the English language
  • Courteous, polite & professional
