Award winning contract caterer are looking to strengthen their kitchen brigade with an experienced Sous Chef. Â
The successful Sous Chef will be responsible for;Â
- Managing all stations of the kitchen ensuring that all hot & cold foods produced are to the companies high standards
- Training junior members of the brigade mentoring on cooking practices & food safety
- Managing stock levels
- Support back office functions were needed
- Completing admin functions where needed
- Working the companies hours; Monday to Friday, weekly rotation 7am – 3pm & 11am – 7pm + 1 weekend in 4

Required experience & characteristics of the Chef
- Experienced working in a professional kitchen as a Sous Chef
- Superb knife skills and comfortable boning, rolling, feathering & portioning to spec
- Reliable & conscientious
- Good command of the English language
- Courteous, polite & professional
