Back in 2005, two job seekers with zero recruitment experience decided to challenge the out-dated recruitment agency model after some frustrated encounters.

We’re looking for a Recruitment Assistant to join our Platinum Service team.

Where your brilliance will shine:

We are currently recruiting a proactive, smart, on the ball and mega-efficient Recruitment Support Administrator to be responsible for assisting with resourcing talent and delivering first class customer service.

Your role will be split into two areas:

70% of your time

Candidate Experience Team:

+ All aspects of Candidate experience / management
+ Coordinating interviews (using our custom built CMS system)
+ CV screening
+ Qualifying candidates
+ Client support - liaising with clients and delivering above and beyond their expectations
+ Assisting with job offers and rejections
+ Providing day-to-day operational support to the wider team
+ Ensuring KPIs are met in a timely manner

30% of your time

Talent Sourcing Team:

+ Assisting with active campaign management
+ Job Ad / marketing distribution (new projects and edits)
+ Reporting on the performance of channels
+ Working closely with the resourcing team
+ Ensuring KPIs are met in a timely manner
+ Supporting resourcing team admin
+ Resourcing

About You:

We’re not going to bore you with a list of bullet points. If you know this role you’ll know what you need: bags of stamina, resilience, mega-efficiency, attention to detail & a desire to deliver a first-class service. But above all else you have a strong work-ethic & be happy to muck-in and graft when ‘on the tools’

Oh… and you’ll also need to be happy, upbeat and a warm person that people just click with.
As far as we are concerned there’s simply no space for cold, frosty and abrasive people in recruitment. Definitely not at RR!

P.S. You also need to be fast with tech - we use a plethora of apps and systems daily and you’ll need to navigate these at pace and with precision.
