Salary: £90,000 - £120,000pa + bonus
A well known FS business are seeking a Payroll & Benefits Manager to manage their payroll operations on a fixed term basis.
The successful candidate must have US payroll experience in a financial services and/or wealth management business.
Responsibilities:
- Management and delivery of UK/EMEA/APAC/US payrolls for c 250 employees using multiple vendors.
- Managing bonus payments, benefits administration
- Dealing with international assignees.
- Creating new country payrolls across EMEA & APAC.
- Owning annual compensation round.
- Reviewing US benefits offering.
- Deep experience managing global payrolls across EMEA/APAC/US.
- Financial services/wealth management services current business.
- Demonstrable project experience streamlining vendors.
