As a Specialist Clinical Pharmacist, you'll be responsible for:
- Covering inpatient haematology and transplant wards, including chart screening and medicines reconciliation.
- Managing outpatient day unit tasks such as chemotherapy screening and patient counselling.
- Attending ward rounds and arranging discharge medication.
- Providing expert advice and support to both patients and colleagues.
The Specialist Clinical Pharmacist role comes with an attractive package:
