Are you a Clinical Pharmacist working in Haematology/Oncology? We areseeking a dedicated professional to join a leading healthcare provider in the UK and their Pharmacy team in London. As a Specialist Clinical Pharmacist, you'll be responsible for:
  • Covering inpatient haematology and transplant wards, including chart screening and medicines reconciliation.
  • Managing outpatient day unit tasks such as chemotherapy screening and patient counselling.
  • Attending ward rounds and arranging discharge medication.
  • Providing expert advice and support to both patients and colleagues.
