Reeson Education is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant primary school in the heart of the community. This rewarding position will involve supporting a child in Key Stage 2 with Autism, ensuring they have the best possible learning experience in a nurturing and inclusive environment.

Pay Rate: 85-100 per day

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide one-to-one support to a child with Autism, helping them to engage fully in the curriculum
* Help create a positive, safe, and engaging learning environment for the child
* Monitor and track the child's progress and report observations to the class teacher and SENCo
* Work closely with the child's family and other professionals involved in their development
* Support the child's social interaction and communication skills within the classroom and wider school environment

Key Requirements:
* Previous experience supporting children with Autism is desirable but not essential
* Team Teach training would be an advantage, though not essential
* A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach to supporting children's individual needs
* Ability to build positive relationships with children, staff, and parents
* A willingness to work as part of a team in a school that values collaboration and inclusion
