Pertemps is proud to be working on behalf of a leading waste management company to recruit a Landfill Manager for their facility in Worcestershire. You will manage a team of 14 to oversee the landfill facility, including a busy weighbridge, composting operations, and a monitoring plant. This role requires leadership, compliance management, and environmental expertise to ensure all operations meet health and safety, environmental permits, and service delivery standards.

What We're Looking For:
  • Degree-level education in environmental sciences, geology, or related fields is highly desirable.
  • Experience in the waste management industry.
  • Proven ability to lead, manage, and develop teams effectively.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate the site in line with environmental permits, health and safety procedures, and management plans.
