Your new companyYou will be joining a dynamic and well established manufacturing company in Evesham, who are looking to add to their service team due to sustained growth. This is for a full-time role, working in the office on-site and being a pivotal part of the business function.

Your new roleYou will be responsible for supporting the existing customer base and wider service/sales function with queries, management of parts and engineer visits. Key duties will include:

  • Processing a high-volume of emails, both internally and externally.
  • Taking incoming and making outgoing calls.
  • Troubleshooting & assisting customer enquiries.
  • Scheduling technician appointments & processing job cards.
  • KPI reporting warranty claims with monthly postings.
  • Managing parts & components stock portfolio.
  • Receiving and processing orders from customers.
  • Booking engineer visits and instillations.
  • General administrative tasks.

What you'll need to succeed The following qualities and experience will be required to thrive and develop in this role:

  • Proven experience in an administration role with customer service expertise.
  • Must be detail oriented.
  • A hard-working, resilient and focussed person with a willingness to succeed.
  • Excellent communication skills and a high regard for customer service levels.
  • Polite, courteous manner with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise your own workload.
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
  • Have a full, valid driving licence with access to your own vehicle.
