An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Cleaner / Cleaning operative to work for a housing provider throughout Worcestershire and North Gloucestershire on a temporary basis paying 13 - 14. p/h (Umbrella). The Successful candidate will be available on short notice and have a Full UK Driving Licence and access to their own vehicle
You will be required to:
* Maintain a high standard of cleaning across the housing stock
* Ensure communal and void cleans are completed to a high standard and within the timeframe
* Be prepared to react to responsive cleaning requests
* Cleaning of Void & Occupied properties.
* Cleaning of Communal areas + Kitchens.
* Good communication skills.
* Clean Full UK Driving License.
* DBS
* Access to own Vehicle (Milage will be paid)
Pay Rates
* 13-14 p/h - Umbrella
* Mileage paid at 45p per mile
