My exciting client are seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to join their team on a 12-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave.

  • Location: Evesham (3 days on-site, up to 2 days remote)
  • Job Type: Full-time, 12-month Fixed Term Contract

The role involves supporting the Group CEO and the Managing Director. The successful candidate will handle a variety of responsibilities aimed at optimising efficiency and productivity.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Manage the Group CEO’s calendar, ensuring effective time management and scheduling meetings.
  • Organise complex travel itineraries with a focus on preferences and cost-effectiveness.
  • Filter incoming calls and emails, prioritising actions and keeping the Group CEO informed.
  • Create and refine documents, presentations, and reports to support business activities.
  • Ensure the Group CEO is fully briefed and prepared for all meetings, organising meeting materials and capturing action items.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, liaising on behalf of the Group CEO.
  • Prioritise tasks and responsibilities according to their urgency and importance, ensuring smooth daily operations.
  • Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and discretion.
  • Manage day-to-day office administration, including managing service providers and facilities, and ordering stationery and equipment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years in a similar role, supporting at Director level.
  • High standards of numeracy and literacy, ideally supported by a degree and/or relevant business or project management qualification.
  • IT literacy with proficiency in MS Office including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience in building reports and presentations.
  • Excellent listening, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to build effective working relationships at all levels.
  • Open, honest, and committed to upholding confidentiality with unwavering personal integrity.
